The whole world is plagued by the deadly corona virus. Corona’s influence in Bangladesh is increasing day by day. More than two lakh people have been affected by corona in the country so far. Bangladesh Student’s League, a sister organization of the ruling Bangladesh Awami League, has said that the country has abandoned itself from the very beginning under the direction of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to address the crisis.
During this crisis, MD Abdul Jabbar the Deputy Information and Research Affairs Secretary of the Central BCL and the President of the BCL, Amar Ekushey Hall under Dhaka University, has set a shining example in human service.
It is known that he has stood by the people in many ways since the beginning of Corona. Through his personal initiative, he has distributed a large quantity of hand sanitizers, masks and food items among people of different professions in the vicinity of Dhaka University. Besides, he has provided financial assistance to the needy students of the university in various ways.
A resident student of Amar Ekushey Hall of Dhaka University told Janataramukh, At first the university was closed, but not everyone in Corona was in a good financial position. In this situation, many students of the hall informed Jabbar Bhai about their problems and he stood by them with his maximum. The crisis may be over, but such humanitarian work in the service of humanity may last a long time.
